You may have noticed a different look/process when paying your water bill online through the District website. Customer Account Balance is now accessible through the Payment Service Network (PSN) Bill Payment portal. To be able to access your account balance, you will need to register with PSN through the website. First step will be to locate your account in the PSN portal by clicking on the Green Bill Payment tab and entering your water account number and account name. Be sure to register the account name as printed on your water bill. Please note: Account Balance files are anticipated to be uploaded to PSN on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays each week and will be processed overnight with the current account balances reflected the following day.
