Today, 5/13/26 at 9:00 a.m. construction will begin to relocate a water main at NE 136th St. near the low water crossing area. Water service is scheduled for interruption from 9:00 a.m. until approximately 2:00 p.m. today. The following service addresses will be affected by the water service interruption: 10208 NE 136th St. through 11421 NE 136th St. and 13703 Hillcrest Dr. through 13807 Hillcrest Dr. Service addresses on N Home may encounter low water pressure during this time as well but should still have water. Once construction is complete and water is restored, the service addresses listed for NE 136th St. and Hillcrest Dr. will be under a 48 hour precautionary water boil advisory.

We ask our customers please do not send post-dated check payments for your water bill with PWSD #6 of Clay County. The bank the District uses will not process post-dated checks or checks without a date. If a post-dated or non-dated check is received, an attempt to contact customer by phone will be made. If no response is received, the check payment will not be processed, and the check will be returned to the mailing address. Overdraft fees, bounced checks, and potential account closure are major risks if funds are not present if post-dated checks are processed. PWSD #6 will not hold post-dated checks. We ask you to write the date the check was written or the date you send it in. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
