Good News - District crew has completed the repair and will soon start charging the water lines. The process of charging and flushing the main water lines will take several hours. Once customers have water with pressure restored, it is recommended to flush your service line to get rid of the air (cloudiness). You can do this by turning on the faucets and letting them run for a few minutes. Thank you for your patience and again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Due to valve failure, the water line repair will take longer than expected. Possible time frame now for repair completion is tentatively scheduled for this evening at 8:00 p.m. to 2/18/26 at 2:00 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand our staff is working deligently to repair the leak as soon as possible. As previously stated in earlier alert, once repair is complete and water is restored all service addresses listed earlier will be under a 48 hour precautionary boil water advisory.

PWSD #6 staff will be repairing a water main which was hit by a contractor today, February 17, 2026 on N. Stark Ave. Water services for the service addresses listed below will be interrupted until repair is completed later today. Once repair is completed and water is restored, the same service addresses will be under a 48 hour precautionary boil water advisory.

The District just received word a water main was hit by a contractor on N. Stark Ave. Staff is preparing to assess the situation now. Customers in that area will experience interrupted water service. No time frame for repair completion is known at this time. As soon as we have more information, we will give updates on the website. Thank you!
