Welcome to the PWSD 6 of Clay County Community. Please contact our office in person or by phone, or you can print out the required paperwork listed below. Once completed, these forms will need to be brought to our office at 1061 Couchman Dr., Kearney MO, along with the required Meter Service Deposit payable by check or cash and copies of driver's license for each individual whose name will be on the account. Forms Required: Application for Water Service, Water User Agreement, Statement of Purpose. Customers have the option to choose to receive an E-Statement sent via email instead of a hard copy bill mailed USPS. The E-Statement Customer Request form is listed below under Relevant Documents. There is also a Water Customer Information sheet to provide you with important information regarding your water service. If you have or plan to have an inground irrigation/sprinkler system and/or an inground pool directly plumbed, please refer to the Irrigation/Sprinkler Systems and/or Inground Pools Directly Plumbed requirement sheet listed below.
If you are needing to purchase a New Meter Set, please contact our office in person or by phone, or you can print the required paperwork listed below. Once completed, these forms will need to be brought to our office at 1061 Couchman Dr., Kearney MO along with Meter Set Fee/Deposit payable by check along with copies of driver's license for each individual whose name will be on the account. A receipt will be given to you at that time. Forms Required: Application for New Meter Set, Water User Agreement, Statement of Purpose. There is also a Water Connection Information sheet you will need to review regarding the District's updated Meter Set policy effective 2/1/22.
