Your payment for water services with PWSD #6 of Clay County is due the 15th of each month, unless it falls on a weekend or holiday and then it will be the following business day. Bills not paid by the due date are considered past due and delinquent. Such accounts are subject to a $25 delayed payment charge which shall be added to the amount due and are subject to disconnection without further notice. There will be an additional $50 disconnect/reconnection fee applied at time of disconnection. Failure to receive bill does not waive Past Due Penalty.
