Customers can request the receipt of an E-Statement emailed to address provided instead of receiving a hard copy generated and mailed out through the USPS system. Request forms can found on the District website under the "Forms" tab. Print, complete and return the request form to the PWSD #6 of Clay County's office. Request forms are also available at the District office. You may click here to see copy of document.
